The Team
The Events & Marketing team at PA-TATA-TATA is a closely-knit community filled with creative individuals that are driven to provide marketing strategies and ideas for brands. The team covers areas including campaign development and management, consultancy, partnerships, research and analysis. The team is responsible for conceptualising and implementing impactful marketing activities with meaningful content. Leveraging on both offline and online media, the team is responsible for tracking and measuring data to create data driven solutions that addresses the target audience’s needs. Championing an agile culture, the team is often seen bouncing ideas off each other while strategising.
Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Creative Events & Marketing Explorer is responsible for supporting the team in its marketing campaigns, consultancy & strategist works, and contributes to the ideation and conceptualisation of projects from time to time. You will be working in a fun-filled and dynamic environment, where your task involves translating practical knowledge into meaningful & impactful commercial results for your clients. Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, conceptualising, and executing events and/or marketing campaigns for brands (digital & onsite)
- To engage in technologies to support the team's events and/or marketing campaigns
- Assist with planning, strategising and writing meaningful and quality content marketing posts
- Work with Events & Marketing team on various deliverables
- Prepare campaign proposals & written analytical reports
- Plan and perform experiments and/or surveys
- Use research results to write reports, papers and reviews and present findings in journals and conferences
- Engage and interact with data points, to derive meaningful conclusions
- Propose data-driven solutions based on analytical reports
- Determine areas of research to increase knowledge in a particular field
- Lead strategizing conversations, ideate and propose potential market activities
- Support the team in all other areas as and when required
