Job Title: Creative Designer

Contract: 12 Months

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Role and Responsibilities:

• Track work in progress and pending work in a cloud-based platform, Jira/Confluence
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from multiple line of businesses
• Create visuals for Samsung.com, marketing e-mails, affiliate e-mails, social media and various Samsung Apps on Android and iOS
• Create toolkits for holiday and/or sales events
• Work with internal copywriters and business partners to produce final design
• Develop illustrations, logos, videos and designs with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar app), After Effects and Invision
• Test graphics on various platforms as needed
• Amend designs based on feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layout are visually appealing and on-brand

Background / Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar experience or proven graphics design skills
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Invision
• Familiar with using Jira and Confluence from Atlassian, agile methodology or similar CMS
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS concepts
• Knowledgeable in UX/UI design
• Keen eye for modern aesthetics and detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,500.00 per hour

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
