Citibank, N.A. seeks a Credit Review Senior Officer for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Develop standard analytics to facilitate FCR Consumer Business Monitoring (BM) activities, including establishing standard risk indicators to facilitate Lead Reviewers and execute BM coverage of relevant credit risk families. Develop customized analytics for Risk Differentiated Reviews (RDR), including targeted retrievals, which help Lead Reviewers in determining key focus areas for the detailed review plan, and in detecting potential anomalies in adherence to approved businesses’ credit origination policies and/or approved portfolio management programs. Develop overall framework and execution strategies to support and complement review activities, and enhance remote review capabilities. Develop capabilities for efficient data extraction from global data repositories and establish data analysis procedures (including alternate data sources, and protocols for entities with data transfer restrictions). Develop and productionize standardized metrics and reports – FCR consumer scorecards /dashboards, Portfolio tables (P-Tables), Portfolio quality assessment, etc. Develop and maintain a library of standard analytics / reports available to the Lead reviewers for the continuous assessment of portfolio quality, and identification and evaluation of emerging credit risks. Participate as required in the validation of corrective action plans (CAPs), including the development of ad hoc analysis to verify sustainable resolution of issues. Collaborate, partner, and leverage other analytical units across the Global Consumer Risk community to stay abreast of recent developments in credit and financial data, and analytical techniques across the firm. Participate in analytical projects, review as needed by FCR senior management. Proactive communication to FCR senior management of any concerns of emerging risks in respect of review entities.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Credit Portfolio Senior Manager, Risk Manager, Risk Analyst, Credit & Portfolio Risk Manager, Credit & Portfolio Analyst, or related position involving credit risk analysis with a global bank. 10 years of experience must include: Consumer credit risk cycles and portfolio risk management practices; Financial Statements Analysis; SAS programming; and Database/data repository structures and data extraction methods.
