Specialty Concrete / Landscape
San Diego, CA

Border Magic Franchise is searching for a RELIABLE & responsible crew member to join our team in a specialty concrete / landscape business. Candidate must be a dedicated individual willing to learn in a fun paced environment. NO EXPERIENCE is needed, but must have a great attitude. Our season has started now.

Employment duties include, but are NOT LIMITED TO:
● Being punctual to ALL work shift times assigned, with a great attitude & willing to

help the team.
● Loading & unloading the truck & trailers for job preparation and completions.
● General knowledge of, and the willingness to use hand tools such as: Shovels, rakes, axes, wrenches, and other like hand tools.
● General knowledge of, and the willingness to use power tools such as: Cement mixers, sod cutters, trimmers, and other like power tools.
● *Helping the team execute and implement ALL duties, responsibilities, and plans created by the company president.

Position Requirements:
● Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude.
● Must be here at start times
● Must be able to lift a MINIMUM of 85 pounds.
● Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to get to work.
● Must be willing to work Monday thru Sunday as needed.
● Self-driven and motivated.

Wage benefits:
● Hourly wage: $19/hr first month. $20/hr moving forward
● Overtime Pay is based over 40 hours per week, and is paid at time and a half employee’s hourly wage.
● Commission pay is available to all employees.
● Paid vacation after 1-year employment with the company.
● Bonuses available.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
