We need a CRM Coordinator who is seeking an exciting career opportunity in a start-up environment. You'll be assisting our CRM Marketing Specialist by helping build our brand new service.

Our clients run some of the most fantastic preschool and childcare programs in their area - they love what they do and are very good at it - and our job is to ease the burden on them by supporting their marketing efforts (we tell their community how awesome they are!).

Responsibilities

• Create, roll out, and support the CRM service: building workflows, emails, SMS messages, campaigns, and newsletters

• Onboard new clients

• Troubleshoot account issues

• Work collaboratively with the Team (copywriters, designers, VAs)

• Report on workflows, campaigns - open, click-through, deliverability, workflow, and other stats as needed

• Assign tasks and ensure they are completed (follow-up) to Team members as needed

• Copy write, edit, proofread emails and text messages as needed

• Design and Layout emails based on the client's logo & branding

• QC for final delivery to the client.

• Liaise with clients if/as needed

• Follow-up on client calls summarizing each call, actions, and outcomes

Your skills and experience:

• Attention to detail

• Solid logical to understand workflows and deductive reasoning skills to troubleshoot issues

• Familiarity with CRMs (any) and email marketing

• Communication - articulating needs, summarizing requirements, communicating with clients (verbal and written)

• Copywriting and basic design skills an asset
