The CS&T Supplier Contract Manager role oversees a team of Contract Analysts supporting technology supplier relationships and governance operations of a portfolio of Client Services and Technology vendors with varying degrees of complexity and a budgeted annual spend of greater than $600 million. This leader will be a part of a dynamic Supplier Engagement and Governance (SEG) leadership team that will build TIAA CS&T vendor capabilities as one of four critical SEG organizational pillars.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ability to execute against, and refine, existing vendor governance framework

  • Lead a team responsible for contract management and governance across the vendor lifecycle (i.e., Defining KPIs, Regulatory Compliance, Contingent Worker Skills and Assessment Profiles, Vendor Onboarding/Offboarding, Review of New/Renewal Contracts)

  • Proactively manage vendor portfolio risk; review and oversee progress on identified contract and portfolio risk along with mitigation plans and timelines

  • Maintain central database for contract tracking, workload management, and metrics tracking

  • Review & present all exceptions to the Sourcing and Procurement process

  • Support Business Leaders in the drafting, submission, and tracking of resource procurement requests

  • Define requirements for MIS/Dashboards to inform Contract Management decisions and actions

  • Escalate material issues / risks for further review and escalation with relevant stakeholders and governance forums

  • Work closely with business stakeholders (ex: Business Leaders, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams, Service Delivery) to achieve desired outcomes
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

  • Ability to conduct comparative analysis across a diversified supplier Portfolio.
  • Project and Program Management capabilities.

  • Financial and Budget Management capability.
  • Experience working within Agile Methodology.
  • Effective Communications, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Base Pay Range: $133,700/yr. - $222,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
