DESCRIPTION


This position is for Great World mall, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.

  • Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter, via email and phone
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate information
  • Handle customer feedback, voucher sales, redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
  • Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and reward program as required
  • Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Min GCE N Level
  • Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
  • Possess a positive attitude and is a team player
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
  • Required to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays: 9.30am - 5.30pm / 12pm - 8pm / 2pm - 10pm
