Job duties
You will be providing counter service to port users and the general public to process new applications, renewals, replacements and amendments of the various types of passes issued by PSA and also to collect enforcement charges. In addition, your responsibilities also include administrative duties such as the collation of statistics, filing, data entry and scanning of photos and printing of smartchip pass for successful pass applicants.

Requirements
  • Possess 3 “O” level passes or NITEC qualifications
  • Customer focused, service oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Meticulous, detailed and be a good team player
