As the key brand ambassador of the café, the Tropical Smoothie Café Team Leader should not only embrace the belief, but live the lifestyle that when you eat better, you feel better. As the Team Leader, you will successfully and effectively execute all café operations including: sales performance, customer service, and ensure that your team delivers "amazing" with every interaction.

The Team Leader will serve as the example for their team to ensure that everyone: acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that further promotes the culture, values, and mission of Tropical Smoothie Café. Previous restaurant experience is a plus!
