Over the years, they have leveraged their technology and information gathering expertise ???as well as their global network???to transform the business into a hybrid model offering superior manufacturing, processing, and R&D functions as well as trading company services.Job Description: - Receiving orders from customers and planning for purchases - Monitoring and manage inventory level as well as samples coordination - Monitor customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables - Prepare reports for internal and external parties - Attending to customer & supplier enquiries - Building long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party service providersJob Requirements: - Degree Holder in business admin or other relevant discipline- Preferably 3 years of relevant customer service working experience - Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel - Self-motivated, fast worker & good team player - Meticulous in figures - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skillsCompensation: - Performance Bonus- Company group insurance- Medical/dental consultation reimbursable- 5 Working days (Monday ???
