Responsibilities:
Help customers with complaints and questions- Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Requirements:
Write and speak well in English- Bilingual in English and spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in customer support
