Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain) - Healthcare sector
6 months contract
Salary: $4500 max
5 days work week
9am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Novena
Job Scope:
Create new customers/patient accounts with accurate details and product requirement on SAP.
Process regular and adhoc orders and ensure orders are correctly interfaced to third party logistics service provider.
Follow up with 3PL and other team members on ETA and inform customers as and when required.
Generate invoice for different type of orders and ensure company workflow is followed.
Perform goods return process for returns or stock exchanges and ensure full workflow is completed in coordination with third party logistics service provider and supply chain
Work very closely with Customer Service Executives and other colleagues in Australia and New Zealand.
Actively support in resolving system issues or stock related issues by collaborating with relevant Supply Chain and IT colleagues.
