SUMMARY:
This experienced professional represents the face of the institution, delivering The Ultimate
Client and Advisor Experience . This individual manages the Client Experience Center (CEC), first and foremost, and other workspace neighborhoods to ensure a culture of professional excellence and mutual respect throughout. The CEC is primarily used for welcoming and delighting our clients and guests, as well as provides collaborative space to support our teams .
The Client Experience & Operations Manager possesses service and operations management skills. She/he takes great pride and ownership in making sure our clients and guests have the best experience when arrive in our office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and institute The Ultimate Client and Advisor Experience handbook throughout the organization.
Set the tone for professional expectations among mbers; train new members on these expectations.
Suggest ways to improve procedural policies and office aesthetics.
Greet guests and make them feel valued. Facilitate any unique requests, a key part of making their visit memorable, so must be friendly and knowledgeable about our procedures. Attentively communicate with guests. Provide any relevant information as necessary.
Administer conference space reservation system and proactively anticipate needs in conference space; train others to maintain scheduling, react and make adjustments accordingly.
Coordinate technology needs of CEC with IT personnel to prep for meetings. Post meeting follow-up and restoration.
Handle facilities management issues and contractor/vendor relations. Handle office refresh and refurbish, as necessary.
Maintain budget for CEC expenditures; audit and improve overall monthly spend.
Participate in Leadership Meetings and development
Work directly with Development Officer for personal development plan
Assist with space and event planning
Oversee and delegate work with other operations staff and interns
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication, organization and project managerial skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
