Job description

We are seeking a self-starter team player responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including the coordination of all internal customer needs, cold calling new leads as well as building and maintaining customer. This person must be comfortable on the phone and face to face on demonstrating the product.

Alkazone Global Inc. is a pioneer company who has accentuated in the field of antioxidant alkaline water and mineral supplements with 26 years of experience and industry leaders. .

DUTIES:
- Field/screen incoming calls and either assist or direct to appropriate personnel.
- Accept and process customer phone and/or computer orders. Will be expected to cold call for leads
- Input customer information into company systems.
- Communicate directly with customers; individual as well as retailers.
- Maintaining the sales pipeline and develop new leads for sales team.
- Ensuring all information needed for new sales channels is up to date.
- Make initial contact with potential product brokers, distributors and retail channels to open up new markets.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work with other colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Sales Force

EXPERIENCE:
Willing to train but 2-3 years experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
