CSS in Lynnfield, MA is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative that will handle customer emails, telephone calls and data entry in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements includes knowledge of Outlook emails, great communication skills, willingness to learn proper documentation flow, strong organizational skills, and the ability to professionally represent Horizon to customers and staff.
