Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Financial services experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge in a swiftly changing environment
- Extreme reliability and adaptability
- Effective worker both independently and on a team
- Exceptional focus on providing individualized customer support
- Multitasking capabilities, both physical and technological
- Willingness to evolve and grow alongside the company
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound phone/email/ support for existing and new clients
- Provide OUTSTANDING customer service to ensure complete satisfaction
- Resolve client inquiries and issues regarding our services and products
- Adhere to operational and compliance procedures
- Complete assigned operational tasks within targeted service level
- Maintain high levels of schedule adherence and utilization
- Maintain high attendance standards
- Implement coaching and feedback to improve contact quality
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, such as handling mailed communications
Available Shifts:
Full Time:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
10:30 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays 8:00am-1:00p
8am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00 per hour
