Job Description: Edmondson Insurance Agency is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Customers with direct services and sales related activities
• Develop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policies
• Work directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and writing insurance policies
• Responsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
• Respond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accurately
• Pro-actively prospect and generate new business appointments
• Round out and provide analysis on renewal strategies
• Maintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rate
• Meet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers

Office Location: You will be working in our office at: 201 W St John St, Tarboro, NC 27886

Compensation:

• Salary plus commission

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Insurance or other Customer Service-related role
• North Carolina P&C license preferred or will be required to obtain within 6 months
