We are looking for the right person who is self-motivated to work well on our team. We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with our customers and assist them with insurance. This position requires an ability to take detailed notes, exceptional customer service skills and an excellent phone presence. We're in need of someone who is reliable, customer service oriented and can quickly learn about our company. There are also bonuses available.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive experience for customers by resolving and preventing customer service issues.
• Communicate with customers and agents: via telephone, e-mail, or text.
• Be empathetic to customers in need of assistance.
• Be available to take calls and provide assistance via phone and e-mail.
• Handle customer inquiries of all sizes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
