We are looking for someone to be able to start within 1 month so why not come and join the fun in our Irvine Customer Contact Center where our primary focus is on the Adult LEGO fans. This is 1 year assignment with the potential opportunity to continue into a permanent role.


About the role

This role is for our LEGO BrickLink office in Irvine California. Successful candidates will be supplied with equipment for hybrid working. You will be required to work in the office up to 4 days a week.


The position is full time. Full time employees work 37.50 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The normal working hours are between 7 am and 5 pm with an opportunity to plan the daily work within those hours to your liking.


Core Responsibilities

  • Respond in a fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way to LEGO BrickLink member contacts your entire shift through, email and forum interaction
  • Engage in written communication.
  • Use technology while helping consumers. Helpdesk system, Internet, digital knowledge base, troubleshooting guides, etc. are the tools our Advisors use on every contact.
  • Dedicate to provide excellent service to each member when there is a high volume of contacts.
  • Work on holidays and weekends may apply

You will be working closely with our quality assurance employees as well as the product teams representing the different parts of the platform. We are looking for upbeat, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join us in giving our members the best possible experience.


Do you have what it takes?

· Being happy to work in a dynamic, fast paced, one team environment.

  • Experience in giving premium customer service
  • Confidence to make your own judgements about what is right for your consumer.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and to prioritize.
  • Must be comfortable with virtual assessments, have access to a secure wi-fi network and have a private space to work remotely.
  • Type 40 words per minute.
