COMPANY MISSION
Drowning is unfortunately the leading cause of accidental death for children. But since 1981, British Swim School has been on a mission to stop that. We are a nationwide company with over 200 locations teaching more than 20,000 students every week to help save lives!

REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEMBERS ("DECK AMBASSADORS")

We are currently looking for Customer Service Team Members a.k.a. "Deck Ambassadors" to work poolside at our location in Secaucus, NJ (and maybe if you can at other locations in the area).

You will be interacting with our little students as well as with their parents by answering questions, scheduling classes via an iPad, celebrating graduations, and also perform routine pool maintenance duties like checking the chlorine levels. (No experience needed for that, we will train you well).

If you have experience in customer service, know how to make customers happy, even the demanding ones, and want to be part of an outstanding team on a mission that works in a fun, fast-paced environment with amazing colleagues and benefits, then you should contact us!

• You've got to love working with children
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am-2pm
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm
• You need to be able to reliably commute to our location in Secaucus.
