3. Job Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting customers via Zendesk.

• Provide technical support to customers and solve the use problems of our website and App.

• To maintain a good relationship with customers and develop more promoters.

• Attend to ad-hoc tasks as the management requested, e.g. data filing, dealing with outbound/inbound calls, translations, etc.

• Provide on-site deployment services to merchants.

• Night shift is applicable (Work from home is allowed).

• Weekend shift is applicable (Work from home is allowed).
  

4. Job Requirements：

• Degree holder, Diploma holder, or minimum GCE ‘O’ level. Open to hiring entry-level candidates.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Chinese typing speed should reach 60 words/min.

• Customer service experience would be ideal.

• Able to work the night shift and weekend shift.

• Proficient in PC skills, especially Microsoft Office.

• Hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently, and complete tasks on deadlines.

• Able to perform multitasking.

• Professional and punctual.

• Great team player.

• Good communication skills.

• IT background is an added advantage.

• Experience/Interested in Blockchain/Fintech/Web3.0 is an added advantage.
  

5. Salary：

• SGD2500 to SGD3200.
