All Year Cooling is searching for a full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our South Florida team. Fast paced company serving customers throughout all of South Florida. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES & GREAT BENEFITS!

You can earn a competitive $17- $20 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications:

- You must have at least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience

- A/C experience is a plus!

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work the night shift experience

- Ability to work weekends

- Ability to motivate and develop customer service representatives within the department, provide individualized coaching recognition and positive leadership in a team oriented work environment.

- Ability to resolve customer complaints, utilizing appropriate judgement to assure their satisfaction, promoting brand loyalty.

- Fantastic verbal communication skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook is required.

- Proven success working in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well; ability to multi-task and help our customers with any issues they may have.

- Ability to build customer relationships, sympathize with our customers, and show empathy with the situation

- We need team members who can be punctual, consistent, and work with an awesome team.

- Attention to detail is critical.

- Ability to be patient and maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor, even when we get busy!

- Customers first! We are here to help our customers. Our team receives customer calls for service, schedules appointments, dispatches technicians, enters service call information into our system, verifies account information such as warranty status and takes payment information.
