Medcor is looking for our next Customer Success Advocate (CSA) to join our team in a work-from-home / remote opportunity!

The Customer Success Advocate (CSA) is part of a team that engages Medcor’s entire organization – all lines of business and internal departments – to support Medcor’s clients. The CSA becomes one of a few key points of contact for assigned clients for the client’s life cycle with Medcor. Where possible, the CSA begins working with the client at the end of the sales cycle and supports service implementation to provide continuity in the transition between sales and operations.

The CSA learns the customers’ goals and priorities and stays current as those change or differ between client stakeholders. The CSA ensures that Medcor meets its contractual and service level commitments; helps clients achieve their business goals by using Medcor’s services.

The CSA builds trusted professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The CSA identifies and engages the people, products, departments, and services within Medcor that are needed to help customers achieve success. The CSA helps communicate and champion the value of Medcor’s services and standards for clients, address and resolve problems, and identify opportunities.

Key goals for the CSA are to improve customer retention, reduce the complexity of working with Medcor, and facilitating new business.

Minimum Education and Certification requirements: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of account management, customer success, or customer service experience.
  • Business-to-business experience preferred over business-to-consumer experience.
  • Service experience preferred over product experience.
  • Basic knowledge of workers compensation, occupational health, and general health.
