BD is in search of a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our Cybersecurity Center of Excellence as a Manager. This CoE will meet the needs of BD throughout North America to help the businesses achieve Authority To Operate when needed. You will serve as the CMMC (Capability Maturity Model Certification) and RMF (Risk Management Framework) - ATO (Authority To Operate) subject matter expert, leading all stages of the maturity model processes. This position will report to the Cybersecurity Officer, North America Region and work cross-functionally both within the North America Region as well as with colleagues in similar roles. We are looking for a self-starter with strong communications skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, and enjoys working both individually and as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strong influence leadership skills and the ability to function effectively in large matrix organizations

• IT Security Assessment and accreditation experience preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization

• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like NIST 800, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Authority to Operate (ATO), DoD, FedRAMP, etc.

• Develop cybersecurity roadmaps

• Develop security controls crosswalks and common controls

• Demonstrable ability to resolve issues, to deliver tough messages in a professional manner, and able to act independently and to execute with limited information and ambiguity

• Familiarity with System Security Plans (SSP), Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), (SOPs/CONOPs) preferred

• Create and update cybersecurity framework deliverable documentation

Education and/or Experience:

• Education in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems or relevant experience as described above

• Detail-oriented with the ability to promptly assess documents for accuracy as well as consistency

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others in a positive and effective manner

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Knowledge of U.S. Government accreditation process

• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts

• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

• DoD 8570 Certification Level II Desired

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a continuous learning and process improvement environment

• Production of a writing sample for this role is required
