Responsibilities:
Perform descriptive analytics for customer, advisor, sales channels
Identify source of data and work with Data Engineers to create datasets for analytics projects
Manage Internal stakeholders’ expectations
Identify trends, draw insights from data, and present to internal stakeholders
Design dashboard for operation effectiveness
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Experience:
Familiar with SQL, Python, R
Familiar with AWS environment (S3, Glue, SageMaker, Airflow)
Familiar with Snowflake
Good understanding of data structure, database and data modeling
Familiarity with deploying production scripts and version control
Good to have: basic understanding of machine learning
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or Simi
