Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Transfer patient and service data from hard copy to grant databases, Careware, CHAMP and Redcap
- Verify data by comparison to source documents
- Clean data via resolution of discrepancies, verification of accuracy and confirmation of completeness
- Develop processes for efficient collection, compilation and entry of data from various sources
- Assist with preparation for required reporting obligations
- Support data elements of Quality Improvement Projects
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Data Manager with completion of grant required tasks
Required Skills:
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, will teach specialized HIV/ID language
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
