What you will be working on
Data is integral to MHA's operations. As the use of data and analytics grows, data governance and management has to be strengthened in tandem to support and guide data operations. We are from a central data governance and management team that reports directly to the Chief Data Officer. The team plays an important role in safeguarding MHA's data assets and to ensure that data is collected, updated and utilised in a timely and secured manner in order to bolster operational effectiveness. We are expanding and are looking for talented individuals to join us. As a Data Security Executive, you will play a crucial role in enabling our business units to access data securely by identifying and mitigating any potential data risks. You will need to design and implement innovative processes and technical measures to protect MHA's data assets. This role will not be static as you have to continually learn and be prepared to deal with new data security threats. There will also be plenty of learning opportunities, as you will explore and test the latest technical solutions to protect MHA's data assets. What we are looking for
- Only Singaporeans need apply. - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / related background, or equivalent competencies are preferred. - Knowledge of data protection technology such as DLP, DAM and log management will be advantageous - Security-related certifications such as CISSP/CISA will be ideal. - Candidates with no experience but with the drive and willingness to learn may apply - Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful and meticulous. - Able to work independently and in teams. - Possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Possess good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
