Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7:30am to 4pm

Location: Dana Point

Common duties for this job: (including but not limited to)

• Cleaning and disinfecting work areas
• General Office Areas, break rooms, conference rooms, entrance, lobby, and main offices
• Dust and wipe cubicles, cabinets, and other desk furniture
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
• Vacuum swept and mop floors
• Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies
• Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
  
• Reports known safety hazards, equipment, and customer concerns to supervisor
• Maintains high levels of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, clients and associates
  
• Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires

Day Porter Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying
  
• Lifting up to 38lbs

REQUIREMENTS:

• A smartphone and basic knowledge of it required
• Punctual and reliable
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and have a good attitude
