Our Pediatric Dental practice is currently seeking a reliable dental receptionist to assist with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, discreet, enjoy working with children, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be versatile and able to multitask. While prior experience in the dental field is preferred, it is not mandatory as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The position requires the candidate to work from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments for new patients
• Collecting and recording payments
• Assisting with daily time management
• Providing basic dental assistant support
• Visiting and delivering items to various offices
• Coordinating office events
• Opening and closing the office
• Drafting correspondence, including emails and letters
• Creating forms and documents
• Verifying insurance
• Assisting with social media management and collecting patient feedback

Education:

High School Diploma (Required)

College Degree (Preferred)
