Job description
Provide Desktop support to Saint Anthony Hospital Employees, and to provide support for troubleshooting basic Network support to the Network Team.
Essential Functions (list in order of importance including measures)
- Manage Desktop, Laptop, Chromebook and Tablet inventory and deployment/imaging process.
- Develop process and procedures for other members of the IT team and helpdesk to troubleshoot and support all devices.
- Assist in the diagnose of and solution to network issues
- Assist with the management of security software maintenance
- Assist and maintain the daily desktop, laptop, and server support
- Manage and further develop secure remote access management for all employees
