At Nebraska Crossing, we are looking for a full time Digital Marketing and Data Analyst. This is
unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and data centric team that has built the top destination shopping center in Nebraska. Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing and Data Analyst:
1. Increase customer acquisition for Nebraska Crossing and its 75+ world class retail brands.
2. Develop relationships with the data analyst and customer acquisition teams of Nebraska
Crossing’s retail brands.
3. Acquire subscribers to Nebraska Crossing’s NEX App.
4. Segment the trade area demographic data at the brand level into a robust customer
acquisition platform.
5. Coordinate all Nebraska Crossing marketing programs and promotions.
6. Manage all Nebraska Crossing social media accounts on a daily basis.
7. Digital marketing analysts determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data.

When presented with customer data, you will be able to develop and execute a business
plan to increase customer acquisition.
2. Analytical: You are able to analyze data that has been acquired by Nebraska Crossing and
develop strategies to use such data to drive foot traffic and acquire new customers to
Nebraska Crossing.
3. Self Starter: You are able to take direction from Nebraska Crossing senior management and
"run with it." You are able to work independently with little supervision.
4. Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment that requires collaboration with your
colleagues and all 75+ Nebraska Crossing stores with the goal to increase customer traffic
and customer acquisition. You strive to develop and maintain partnerships with our retail
brands and local media.
5. Creative: You are able to develop and implement marketing plans focusing on driving store
promotions that increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
6. Excellent at Time Management: This position will pull you in several directions. You must
always keep your primary responsibilities top of mind while completing your other tasks.
You will strategically balance meetings, social media postings, writing brand stories,
partnerships, customer communications, data analysis and implementation, research,
various deadlines and more.
Skills and Qualifications of the Digital Marketing and Data Analyst:
1. Must possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) in order to create attention-grabbing online campaigns.
2. Extensive knowledge and implementation of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
3. Deep understanding of online and advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, GTM).
4. Vision and strategy for driving foot traffic to Nebraska Crossing utilizing the NEX App and its
FASTCASH (cashback) ecosystem.
5. Vision and strategy for driving customer acquisition to Nebraska Crossing and its brands. To be successful, the Digital Marketing/Data Analyst must excel at analyzing the market research
data that Nebraska Crossing has acquired and how to use that data to drive foot traffic,
brand engagement and increase customer acquisition.
6. Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, advertising, customer acquisition or related fields
7. Proven track record of social media marketing.
8. Experience developing and implementing marketing plans, goals and strategy.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
10. Record of interpreting and executing web based data analytics to drive customer acquisition.
11. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading
across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
