September Cottage Eldercare is a residential home in Scandia that cares for only up to 5 residents at a time, which allows them to receive the care they deserve and one-on-one time with YOU. This sets us apart from the larger facilities, we are never understaffed, because we simply can't be.
September Cottage Eldercare is looking for a CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP to join our team. We are located in Scandia.
Full-time or Part-time.
$19-22 hour DOE.
Responsibilities
- Constant supervision of residents
- Attention to all resident needs
- Detailed recording of resident’s activities throughout day
- Cooking meals
- Cleaning resident areas
. Able to perform one person transfers if necessary.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to improve the lives of our residents
- Empathy toward residents and sensitivity to their needs
- Able to think quickly, react appropriately and adapt to multiple situations
Required for hire:
- Experience caring for vulnerable populations with references
- Able to care for up to 5 residents
- Able to comply with September Cottage Eldercare policies and policies required for Adult Foster Care license through Washington County/MN Department of Human Services
