• Managing and accelerating the financial performance of the brokerage, maximizing profitability through strategic financial analysis and adjustments.
• Offering business development, technology audits, and financial management consulting to our top agents, helping them achieve dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.

• Demonstrated track record of high-level growth and leadership capabilities.
