(Entry Level - Experienced) - $2,500 Sign On Bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION: Colorado's leading restoration company is looking to hire a Disaster Restoration Technician

Position: We are looking for a new hire for the position of Restoration Technician as part of our emergency response and restoration teams. This is a full-time position with a possible sign on bonus of $2,500 ($1,000 available after first 60 days of employment and $1,500 available after 120 days). The position primarily will consist of performing emergency services in homes and businesses that are damaged due to fire, water, mold, etc. Work will consist of meeting with homeowners and performing water extraction from buildings, drying of buildings, cleaning of buildings, light demolition work and general clean-up.

IICRC Certifications and experience have higher earning potentials and possible leadership positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Restoration Technician, it is your responsibility to produce the work in a timely, budgeted, scheduled manner and to the proper standard of care.

Timely job completion.

Efficient use of resources

Pre-planning jobs materials, labor, etc.

Proper file documentation

Timely and complete communications with the office

Leadership Duties
