Who We Are

Under the leadership of Founder Antonio O. Fraga and Son Alexander W. Fraga, The FIRC Group has established a distinguished reputation within Asheville and the surrounding area for providing careers and growth opportunities for so many.

In Spring 2023, our phenomenal growth continues with a third restaurant, Hola, opening in downtown and the multi-use project called Main Street in Enka Village featuring a fourth hotel and restaurant.

We are 225 strong providing great memories through hotel and culinary experiences.

Dishwasher

As mentioned, we have two, and soon to be three, restaurants with different culturally inspired menus. We provide the training to set you up for success, the coaching and performance feedback to sharpen your skills, and the encouragement to strive for your goals. Many of our current leaders once started as newcomers to hospitality.

We would like to meet with you and match your interests, skill set, and career goals to our culinary opportunities. Our restaurants are open 7 days a week with lunch service in one, and breakfast/brunch and dinner service in both. While we value flexibility and have the need to meet our busy business levels, let us know if you’re a morning or evening person and we’ll work with you.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
