Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Purpose of Position:
To complete incoming Work and Supply requests and oversight of building maintenance.
Accountabilities:
Distribution Center and Loading Dock
- Fulfill all supply requests for HQ, 2 Wealth Centers and 23 Branches (and growing)
- Coordinate special deliveries with vendors
- Manage all loading dock deliveries – UPS/FedEx/Office Depot/Various Vendors
- Organize and replenish inventory in Distribution Center
- Provide biweekly inventory reports
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work Requests and Facilities
- Prioritize work requests/service calls (toner, paper, shred bins, etc.) using the Servicenow platform
- Manage room set-ups, day to day and special events
- Assist Facilities Project Coordinator when needed
- Coordinate efforts and develop strong working relationships with outside vendors/contractors
- Maintain tools and tool room inventory
Mailroom Center Responsibilities
- Open 23 mailbags and 6 mailrooms at the beginning of each day
- Cover PTO in mail center
- Assist when required (large volume, holidays)
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or two years equivalent experience
- Five years directly related experience to include loading dock experience, fulfillment and distribution/warehouse experience.
- Equipment experience – drills and various hand tools
- Loading Dock experience - operate a manual pallet jack
- Distribution/Warehouse experience – Pulling order and stocking shelves
- Basic PC Skills – familiar with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to climb ladders
- Able to stand or walk an extended periods of time
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
