This opportunity: Document Control Specialist working as part of the CM on a Tunnel Rehab Design Build Project.

Candidate must have NJ Transit Experience - this is essential.

The candidate will work for the CM Team, on behalf of the owner NJ Transit and will be responsible for managing project related documents, all correspondence, submittals, deliverables, payments, and file management for a $50M Design Build construction project. Document control to be organized using a cloud based software used by NJ Transit called ECMS (often known as Enterprise Content Management System).

Candidate must be organized, with ability to multi-task, with good communication and experience working with NJ Transit. Candidate must be reliable and easy to work with.

Work location is in Byram NJ, accessible only by car (no public transportation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
