Vitalant is currently seeking Donor Relations Specialists to join our dedicated team and provide excellent customer service to Vitalant’s donors to ensure an excellent donor experience resulting in donor retention.

Our ideal candidate excels working in a team environment while utilizing strong customer service skills to analyze customer-related situations, act and ensure a best-in-class donor experience.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Assist the donor services staff with donor flow, monitors wait times, and communicates with donors and/or staff regarding wait times.
• Educates donors on the donor process, address concerns and answer questions
• Converts donors to automated and other new collection technologies to optimize the donation opportunity.
• Administers customer service and marketing surveys to donors.
• Collects data and prepares reports and performs other clerical duties, as needed.
• Retains current donors by rebooking donation appointments.
• Explains and/or enrolls donors in frequent donor programs.

• High school graduate or GED.
• One year experience in related field required.
• Basic PC/Windows proficiency
