Critical Supply Solutions, Inc (CSS) is looking for a DOT Safety and Risk Solutions analyst or consultant or employee to join our team!

Location: Remote / Miami, FL 33141

The position is responsible for handling a variety of claims while identifying high-risk indicators detrimental to the business.

The position is responsible the day to day safety event analysis and coaching driver and employees
*
*
The position works with insurance companies, stakeholders and management to reduce risk and implement cost savings measures
*
*
Responsible for helping manage internal and external compliance reporting, providing compliance advice and assistance, conducting compliance investigations, and managing on-going education programs. Monitor and assist in enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance

*Qualifications:

DOT Knowledge and CDL A safety experience

Claims adjustment and handling experience including Self Insured Retentions (preferred)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written communication (required)

Effective negotiation and time management skills

Full understanding of the litigation process

Experience working with insurance policies

Solid research skills using the internet and first-person interviews

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Adaptable to change

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
