List of Drones they are proficient with & 2 years minimum experience w RC over fixed. Operators that can prioritize safety.
Job Description:
- Looking for drone experience (more than 2 years) unless they have maned aviation experience
- Looking for someone who has more than 200 hours of flight time (manual). Looking for people who have stick time flying more difficult profiles.
- Someone who has flown larger drones/platforms. DGI drones are the most common but have larger platforms (M600 – S1000). Custom build drones
- People who fly drones as a hobby or have a commercial license are great
- People who have military experience in the past have a higher knowledge in the aviation room and have more than enough stick time on the drone.
- Must have great risk assessment, must use software approved by AFA. Don’t want the safety hazard.
- 75% travel – is something they haven’t gotten to yet. They expect to have 50% travel and candidates will be traveling more. Travel east cost or out West depending on projects/initiatives.
