Direct Support Professional

• Job responsibility requirements: 18 or older, Pass Criminal background check.
• Able to do frequent lifting and bending (75lbs)
• Current valid driver's license & satisfactory, agency insurable driving record.
• Currently have or obtain through company training, CPR and First Aid and OIS certification.
• Be able to read write and speak fluent English, Document, observe, respond to, report, supported individual(s) needs and write incident reports.
• Follow all safety and security procedures, adhere to agency policies and state regulations.
• Keep common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and free from potential hazards.

Salary for direct support professional: up to $20.25 an hour DOE
