Job description
- Build relationships and high-level customer satisfaction across account/customer departments (inventory management, customer service, accounts payable, etc.)
- Ability to solve problems, issues and needs from a customer’s perspective and then use creative problem-solving techniques and a consultative sales approach to identify appropriate solutions
- Continues role in preparation and presentation of Business Reviews, Line and Category reviews. Excellent presentation skills, negotiation, and persuasion selling
- Ability to navigate customer’s system to create new items, maintain .com images and content
- Liaison between customer and internal department to resolve consumer complaints
- Own channel and key partner forecasts to drive reliable planning
- Achieve channel goals and revenue targets
- Partner with Marketing to align brand and product messages to ensure proper coverage for omni-channel initiatives
- Deliver excellence in level of brand and product page execution
- Use & manipulate data to execute e-commerce growth plan for customer set by sales director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
