Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires the individual to run and manage a small but growing warehouse with minimal supervision. This role will also allow you to be appointed as the warehouse supervisor, building & leading your own team as we grow.

You will be the gatekeeper of the warehouse. Some duties includes inbound/outbound of items, stock accountability, order processing, picking and packing of ecommerce orders.

As we provide packing services for our clients, you will be required to provide updates and do simple forecasting to prevent any out of stock situations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inbound and Outbound of goods
• Take ownership of the inventory under their care.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records in our own system

• Maintaining inventory records on the various platforms.

• Process orders from various e-commerce platforms and stores.
• Packing the orders and ensuring the orders are dispatched on time.
• Assist in daily operational issues.
• Perform stock take
• General Warehouse cleaniness
• Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Professional Certificate & Above
• Independent & able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Physical duties required (able to carry max 30kg with assistance)

• Knowledge on Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee will be an advantage
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and high computer literacy

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Location: Central (Bukit Merah area)

$1600 - $2200 based on experience.
