Experienced Journeyman ElectricianBucket Truck Operator

At Prism Electric we are looking for Bucket Truck Operators who are looking for long term careers, not just another job!

As a Prism Electric Bucket Truck Operator you will operate in a wide variety of environments troubleshooting, making repairs, and performing both small and large electrical lighting/sign installations and repairs. Our primary workload consists of exterior lighting maintenance and installations. You will be expected to be highly knowledgeable of your trade, provide excellent customer service, be self motivated, quality focused, with the capability to learn and safely operate a bucket truck on a daily basis.

Required Skills, Etc:

Must have a State of Texas Master or Journeyman Electrician license as well as a Texas Drivers license and a clean driving record. All candidates must be able to pass drug testing and national background check.

Candidates must meet the minimum criteria in order to apply for this position!

Potential candidates are required to have a professional appearance and demeanor and be highly proficient in the following areas:
Safety
NEC requirements
Customer service
Trouble shooting and installation of lighting control systems and signs
Lighting installations and repair/Exterior sign repair

In addition to these skills, potential candidates must be physically fit, able to lift a minimum of 60lbs, comfortable at heights up to 65, and be willing / able to work overtime and weekends if / when required.

Additional capabilities / experience in the following areas will be considered a plus:

Holder of Texas CDL preferred but not required
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training preferred but will provide training if necessary
Other safety training such as fall protection, rigging, etc, preferred but will provide training if necessary
