K5 Capital Group is a direct financing, brokerage financing, and tax credit consulting firm. K5 has consulted on over $50,000,000 of tax credits and has accounted for over $300,000,000 in financing towards small to medium sized businesses.

THE ROLE

Our sales executives work directly for the CEO and alongside other team members to consult with owners of small to medium-sized businesses and offer them K5s ERTC, Business Financing, Payment Processing and Accounting services. Lead generation is done for you and your efforts will be a mix of cold and warm (responding to inbound requests for service) outreach. Work can be done remotely. This role comes with an uncapped compensation structure and unlimited earning potential. This is an entry level role for recent college graduates looking to learn and develop their business development skills while earning unlimited compensation.

THE TRAINING

K5 Capital Group takes pride in its extremely detailed training process. We are one of the few companies in the entire country who is willing to devote one on one attention to reps to help their development in tackling real world sales objections to close the deal.

You will be exposed to an online training course, tons of videos and other learning content, one training meeting every single day from a senior sales executive and live virtual trainings daily and weekly to assist in constant development and communication. You will also be paired with a senior sales leader who will act as your mentor that will help you get established quickly.

The top 10% of our sales folks are on track to earn 250k this year and more than 50% will earn > 100k.
