This is a full-time onsite position located in Baton Rouge, LA .
Schedule:
Full-Time; Exempt Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, and scope changes.- Collaborates and communicates with laboratory staff on project status.
- Problem solves alternatives to project issues, delays, etc., that could impact either the quality or turn-around-time of the results and communicates alternatives, when feasible, positively and professionally with the customer.
- Updates the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) regarding project status, cost, and client account information.
- Supports projects/complex projects by reviewing project needs, incoming sample issues, and compliance with regulations.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.- (5) years or more of project management experience is preferred. However, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
