The Operations team partners closely with ResMed’s five business leaders to understand their needs then providing a variety of products and services to help them meet those needs including Customer and Technical Services, Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Focused on enabling new product introduction and operating excellence, our team strives to improve time to market for new products and services, improve efficiencies in our cross-functional processes, and improve our supply chain through digitization and automation to increase value add to our customers.

The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. Ensuring compliance to ResMed’s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and perform machine and equipment preventative maintenance activities

Attend to machines and equipment unscheduled down, perform troubleshooting and repairs.

Ensure injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to required parameters, meet quality standards and production goals.

Conduct tool set-up, machine start-up and adjust moulding parameters to attain production targets in terms of quality and yield.

Assists Manufacturing Engineers in the installation of new Machines/equipment, modifying new processes, testing of new moulding tools and other activities related to machines/equipment validation.

Maintain a work environment that complies with OH&S, 6S and GMP requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the LSR department.

Document and record maintenance activities as required for equipment within the LSR department.
Let’s talk about you
-
Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electro-mechanical technology with 5 years’ hands-on experience in injection moulding machines/process.

Experience in injection moulding manufacturing industry or Medical manufacturing industry.

Good interpersonal skills and able to work and coordinate efficiently with all levels.

Team player with good problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate clearly at all levels.

Applicant must be willing to commit and flexible working on a 12-hour shift work pattern (Night Shift):

Work hours: 12-hour day shift (7.30pm to 7.30am)

Shift pattern: 2332 pattern (2 days work, 3 days off, 3 days work, 2 days off) Monday to Sunday
