Boqueria Restaurants is seeking a talented, creative, and driven Event Sales Manager with an aptitude and love for sales and a proven track record of success to build our private events business! As an Event Sales Manager, you will actively solicit new clients and build guest relationships to generate event sales and own the process of event contracting, planning and execution. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in growing sales and demonstrate the ability to obtain new business, meet and exceed sales goals, and ensure repeat event business.

What we're looking for:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented in planning all aspects of catered events
• Experience with CRM software and applications necessary to prepare planning documents, budgets and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety and permit laws as they apply to offsite catering
• Intuitive understanding of restaurant service
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
• At least four years of special event sales experience growing sales
• Experience in Business to Business (B2B) selling
• Ability to work independently while staying committed to the brand
• Experience marketing a consumer product or service within an industry that demands speed, flexibility, and fast turnarounds
