As an Events Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will typically manage the live stream segment of a virtual or hybrid event. At the same time, we will also support our client with some level of event planning.

This job role will be suited for a candidate who is passionate about events and media production. While you will be guided by mentors in the team, your initiative is highly valued in this ever-changing industry.

Job Scope

• Manage & execute virtual & hybrid event live streaming from start to finish
• Manage & execute video production from start to finish
• Work closely with team members to achieve project objectives
• Plan and manage production schedule
• Send quotation & follow-up with clients
• Ensuring client’s requirements are always met
• Digital file management and other admin tasks
• You will be out & about wherever projects take you

Job Requirements

• Good planning and organisational skills
• Positive attitude toward problem solving
• Have a keen interest in the media industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates from Mass Comm, Events, Film & media/comms courses are preferred
