• Bed Bath/ Bed Bound
• Change Diaper
• Monitor patients, Blood Pressure, Oxygen Levels
• Rotate Every 4 Hours

• Active CNA License or HHA Certification
• Current CEU's ( Osha, Hippa, ALZ/DEM, AIDS/HIV, Dom Vio, Assist W/ Medication)
• Experience with Seniors ( Home Health or Senior Care Community)
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing or Chest X-Ray
• CPR Certified
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable,
• Pass a criminal background check (Level 2)
